Too many men are dying too young and we don’t won’t just stand by! We’re working to do our part in the fight for men’s health this Movember! #InsuretheMo

What is Movember?

Movember is an annual initiative that inspires conversation regarding men’s mental health and to raises funds and awareness for prostate cancer. Too many men are dying too young, and we need to take a stand and do something about it. For the month of November, men and women alike, participate in this movement.

How to Participate

One way to participate is to grow a mustache and share your progress with others. A mustache is a great talking point and may spark a conversation that can lead into the topic of men’s mental and physical health – just what Movember is all about.

If you don’t want to grow a mustache, or can’t, there are other ways to get involved. You can pledge to move for Movember. Choose a certain amount of kms you wish to walk or run in the month of November then take pledges to raise funds!

If you are interested in becoming a part of our team, check out our page and join now! You can also share your Movember progress with us by using our #InsuretheMo hashtag and by tagging @streetriderins in your posts.
